For over 30 years, our service center has been continuously repairing photo and video equipment. We are aware that the quality of the repairs performed and repair duration are of key importance. In order to meet the needs of our Customers, we have launched additional express service which offers the advantage of a same-day repair. Because of the wide range of services and many factors affecting the repair time (e.g. parts availability), the express service is offered subject to the following conditions:

► prior telephone or email contact in order to check if a given repair is possible to be performed under the express service;
► arranging the repair for a specific day;
► delivery of the reported equipment until 11:00 AM on the agreed day;

The costs of the express service is PLN 179 and it is added to the standard repair cost.

At the same time, please bear in mind that if the described fault would require different actions than those eventually necessary for the fault removal, the express service may not be performed on the same day. In such a case, the Customer does not bear the costs of the express service.

We offer express repairs for the photo and video equipment of the manufacturers for which we are authorized.
