History
| 1989 | Founding of „Ogrodowa Serwis”. Founding of ”Ogrodowa Service” based at Ogrodowa Street in Warsaw. |
| 1993 | Olympus and Polaroid trusted us After three years of business activity, we start working closely with Olympus and Polaroid. |
| 1995 | We received Canon authorization Canon, one of the major manufacturers of photographic equipment, authorises us for repairs. Gradually we repair more and more advanced models. Currently, we service all models on the market. |
| 2000 | We moved to our new headquarters at Żytnia St.. We moved to new premises at Żytnia Street. Since then we have been known as 'workshop at Żytnia'. |
| 2004 | We received Sanyo authorization Our company receives an authorisation from Sanyo for the repairs of their cameras, camcorders and projectors. |
| 2008 | We received authorization for DSLR cameras of Sony Our company receives an authorisation from Sony for the repairs of their DSLR cameras. |
| 2010 | Authorization in the area of servicing Leica devices Our company receives an authorisation from Leica for warranty and chargeable repairs. |
| 2012 | Extension of Sony authorization to the countries of Central-Eastern Europe Our cooperation with Sony resulted in gaining authorization for repairs from the countries of Central-Eastern Europe. |
| 2013 | Officially with title: Canon Professional Services Our company starts providing CPS (Canon Professional Services) and joins other countries already providing this prestigious programme. |
| 2018 | Company name change from Our company name was changed into Proclub Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. |
| 2018 | We received authorization for Tamron lenses Our company receives an official authorisation from Tamron. |
| 2020 | Obtaining authorization to repair Samyang lenses for Poland and 9 other countries Since January 1, 2020, we have been the authorized service center for Samyang lenses in Poland and Central Europe (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria and Slovenia). |

We are a family business and have exceptional experts in our team. Their skills and involvement translate directly into an increasingly growing number of satisfied customers.
Our company dates back to 1989 when two friends were fixing cameras in a small room. We were then named “Ogrodowa serwis”.
Later we had been systematically expanding our business and technical possibilities for rendering services.
The turning point for our company was 1995 when we entered into close cooperation with Canon and purchased modern and advanced technical equipment and underwent numerous trainings, which made it possible for us to render high quality services today. We have been an authorized Canon service till present day and from 2013 to 2023 we were one of the Canon Professional Services (CPS).
Throughout our servicing activity, we were authorised by many world-class manufacturers of photographic equipment, such as Yashica, Minolta, Olympus or Polaroid. Some of them have stopped production or currently have their own service centres.
Owing to the increasing manufacturers' authorisation requirements and the growing number of service repairs, we moved to a new place in 2000, which is located at 15 Żytnia Street. We also changed the name to Centrum Serwisowo Informacyjne Foto i Video [Photo and Video Service and Information Centre]; we are known as CSI Foto i Video as well.
Since 2008 our company has been the only Sony authorized service in Poland and we are authorized to repair Sony Alpha, NEX, and ILC cameras and lenses. Four years later we begun servicing Sony products from 12 countries from the Central and Eastern Europe.
The year 2010 was an important one for our development as at that point we opened up rental of photographic equipment and obtained authorisation from the legendary brand – Leica.
In 2011 we launched a brick and mortar shop as well as an online store operating under the Proclub brand.
In 2018 we changed the name to Proclub spółka z o.o. spółka komandytowa.
In the same year, we obtained authorization of a Japanese manufacturer of Tamron lenses and simultaneously entered into cooperation with the distributor of these lenses in Poland.
Currently, nearly 30 people work for us and we operate within a space of over 400 square meters.
Constant development of the quality of service is our priority as well as expanding the range of photo and video repairs that we carry out with the use of state-of-the-art solutions.
We are proud of our activity so far, our history and development and the fact that we have been obtaining new authorisations of well-known worldwide manufacturers. We do everything in our power for the clients of our service, rental, and store to experience highest quality servicing, therefore, we are always happy to advise them with equipment and accessories.
