Equipment theft is always a dreadful experience. We often hear about photo and video equipment being stolen.

In order to meet the expectations of our Customers and after many legal consultations, in cooperation with the police we have been able to develop procedures for reporting stolen equipment to us. We hope that the implemented procedures will help you find the equipment and catch the perpetrators.


1. The stolen equipment should be reported to us via the form below. You must send the scan of the police report to us.
2. After sending the form, you will be informed about the registration of the report and forwarding it for verification.
3. The verified report, which will result in placing your equipment in our database, will be confirmed by email.
4. When reporting, you will be required to provide your first name, last name, telephone number and e-mail address. The information will be submitted to the police when stolen equipment comes to our service center.

We do not provide the information (by phone, e-mail or personally) whether the equipment with a given serial number is included in our database. If you want to make sure that the equipment is not stolen before buying it, you should contact the police.

We hope that the implemented procedure will improve the chances of finding the stolen equipment and will serve as an effective prevention measure.
